Let's do a workday gameday thread, people. I know you're out there, and you're definitely not the hardest worker if you're here right now.

Finally, a thread open during the course of the athletic competition!
Okay, here's my take: I can't believe Tiger and Phil are both 1 over in the first round!
Seriously, Castillo either doubles or hits into double plays...how weird is that? It's like he sees all his teammates get doubled up when he hits soft grounders to the shortstop, so when he's up with no one on, he's thinking "I got to get to second before some douche gets me doubled up."
YOU'RE THE DOUCHE, CASTILLO!
Looks like Manny's been working with Castillo.
Sanchez learning to help his cause - that's a essential if you're a pitcher who desires a W on this team.
richie auuuuuuuuuuuuu
i gotta say, as my favorite giant, ever, i'm really glad he's on the team this year.
I hate Manny Corpas
Fred Lewis would break every hitting record if he played his home games at Coors.
Richie is behaving very clutch-like. Big big runs there.
I love that Bowker is actually looking like he belongs in this starting lineup. Given that two of his hits were of the seeing-eye variety, but he smoked the ball that held him at second on a ground rule.

oh and sadler too
Yorvit Torrealba would break every hitting record if he played his home games at Coors Field
against the Giants.
Everytime Yabusan enters the game the edge of my seat sees extra wear. Not that he hasn't been good, but whenever I watch him pitch, he seems to get shelled.
Redemption, thy name is Yabusan.
I was about to make a post about how all Yabu does is come into bases loaded situations and make outs, however many happen to be needed that night, on the first pitch. (Bottom 7 in Wash on Monday, today, Top 8 vs. San Diego on the 30th)
Then I remembered that he began the 9th inning with a walk to Atkins last night. Grrrrr.
It's almost time.
